December 2008 - Heroes & Hearts

ExactMosaics is pleased to announce the installation of a new public artwork, a large floor mosaic, at Cedarville University's Biblical Studies Building in Ohio.

The mosaic features a map of the world with radiating lines and mosaic lettering. We used the veining within black marble to write out a biblical inscription. Also, there are black and white lines that stretch across the lobby floor and meet at an engraved medallion within the mosaic.

Mosaic Backsplashes

ExactMosaics also creates beautiful motifs, murals, flooring, accents using the veining within natural stone cubes. These decorative mosaics are perfect for kitchen backsplashes, unique bathroom tiles, wine cellars or any interior wall or floor covering.

Our material are selected from the highest quality marble found in the world. Each individual marble cube measures 15mm x 15mm x 10mm (thickness). The grout spacing between stones is 2mm. As you can see, our color pallet spans the range of colors found in natural marble. Our materials are designed for use as flooring or wall coverings.
